Introduction. Falling, collision with the ground or a vertical obstacle may cause damage to the body, and in the worst case, even lead to death. Falls are a phenomenon that can not be removed from the human nature. Aim. Explain the question: whether the state stimulate the body and reducing visibility are factors that significantly modify susceptibility to injury during the fall of young women? Material and methods. 28 students were tested (22–28 years), which were not yet taught safe falls. The used test of susceptibility to injury during the fall (TPUCPU) consists of three motor tasks and the result is between 0 (no errors) and 14 points (maximum error rate). TPUCPU conducted four times: before exercise (eyes open measurements “A “, obscured “B”) and after 45-minute training session (eyes open, and “C”, obscured, “D”). Results. During the trial, “A” and “B” women showed very high (50%) and high (50%) PUCPU level (average score: 8,5 – and 8,1 points). After a student-oriented exercises significantly reduced the number of errors (PUCPU measurements: “C” 6.1 and “D” 5.5 points). Simulated training session lows against the curtained eyes (“B”) in 86% of women do not cause significant changes in the number of errors generated, while in 7% of this number has significantly increased and additional 7% significantly decreased. After exercise in comparable circumstances, the differences were not as pronounced. Probably for about 10% of the population of young women, sudden change in visibility and loss of balance is so difficult situation, that in such circumstances they will be particularly vulnerable to extensive damage to the body during impact with the ground. Conclusion. As one training session provides incentives significantly modify the ability of the proper management of the various parts of the body during the fall, so the implementation of appropriate prevention programs can achieve significant results quickly.
