Injuries and diseases within the knee joint significantly impede the functioning of humans and affect people of all ages. Therefore, there is a need for a procedure that will have a low degree of invasiveness and a short period of recovery and restoration of fitness. Arthroscopy is a frequent procedure performed in Poland as well as in the world. The aim of the study was to identify care problems and to draw attention to the importance of interdisciplinary approach in patient care after knee arthroscopy. Treatment and professional nursing care of the patient after arthroscopy of the knee joint requires interdisciplinary planned activities based on careful observation of the patient, current knowledge and experience of many specialists.
