The paper presents selected provisions of pharmaceutical law in Poland relating to the advertising of medicinal products, the analysis of which is carried out in the perspective of judicial decisions and views of the doctrine of medical law. The author reviews the regulations whose use may provoke controversy in the practice of the pharmaceutical market, providing it with his own commentary. The assumption of the work is to present the basic legal regulations and conclusions stemming from the current practice of their application.
